The 2015 Atlantic Book Awards were recently handed out at a sold-out celebration hosted by Invisible Publishing author Stephanie Domet. In total eight awards were handed out by the end of the evening, all highlighting the best in Atlantic-Canadian writing.
We'd like to offer our congratulations to LPG member Creative Book Publishing on taking home two awards!
The Atlantic Publishers Marketing Association's Best Atlantic-Published Book Award was given to Chef Mark McCrowe and Sasha Okshevsky for Island Kitchen: An Ode to Newfoundland and the Margaret and John Savage First Book Award was given to Megan Gail Coles for her collection of stories, Eating Habits of the Chronically Lonesome.
