The League of Canadian Poets recently announced the winners of their two memorial awards, the Pat Lowther and Gerald Lampert awards. We're very pleased to congratulate Annna Swanson and Tightrope Books on winning the Gerald Lampert Award, for the best book of poetry from the last year by a first time poet. The judges said of The Nights, Also, "We found this collection exceptionally well-structured, with a moving, striking style – an impressive, humane debut."
