The winners of the 2012 ReLit Awards were recently announced at an event hosted by the Ottawa International Writers Festival. The ReLit Awards honour new work released by independent publishers.

Two of our member publishers had writers take home a prize at the end of the night:

Suzette Mayr won in the novel category for Monoceros, published by Coach House Books; and

Patrick Friesen won in the poetry category for Jumping the Asylum, published by Quattro Books.
