POSTPONED — LPG Webinar: Building & Using an Author Questionnaire with Cynara Geissler, Arsenal Pulp Press***

  • 4 Feb 2026
  • via Zoom

An author questionnaire (AQ) is a foundational tool for gathering key information to market and publicize a book, but it's often underused.

Join us in a webinar with Cynara Geissler of Arsenal Pulp Press. Using her industry expertise, she’ll walk through the role of author questionnaires in a book’s lifecycle and share practical advice for creating one that helps you get what you need from your author to successfully bring their book to market.

Over the course of an hour, Cynara will break down how to build (and actually use) an effective author questionnaire. Attendees can expect to hear:

  • What an author questionnaire is and why it matters.
  • Things you might not have thought to include in your AQ.
  • How Arsenal's AQ has evolved over time.
  • Using AQ information to support marketing, publicity, and more.

Following the presentation, there will be time before closing to address questions from attendees. We ask that attendees please hold all questions until this time.

If you would like to register for this event or have any additional questions, please email Colleen Cade at colleen@lpg.ca.

We look forward to seeing you there!

***Please note, this event is in the process of being rescheduled. Check back on this page shortly for a revised date and time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
